What is an DPA?

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is required under Article 28 of the GDPR when personal data is processed on behalf of another party. Since you manage media content via SignageNow that may contain personal data, this agreement must be entered into between you (the data controller) and us (the data processor). Downloading the PDF document constitutes acceptance of the agreement.

If you have an account with us, you can easily download the DPA under Settings > DPA (https://app.signagenow.io/settings/avv). Please keep this document in a safe place in case you have any questions regarding data protection and data processing.
