GDPR-compliant digital signage cloud software

Trust is the foundation of all digital communication. That’s why our commitment doesn’t end at our location in Westphalia—we designed SignageNow from the ground up to ensure that your data and your customers’ data are always fully protected.

Our guarantees for your security:

• Software Made in Germany: From the first line of code to the finished interface—our software development takes place exclusively in Germany. For you, this means German quality standards and short communication channels.
• Hosting & Infrastructure in the EU: Your content never leaves the European Union. We use only certified servers within the EU that meet the strictest security requirements and guarantee maximum reliability.
• Full data control: You retain absolute control over your own data and all media content. We do not look into your files—you decide what is uploaded and how it is used. You can also protect your playlists with a username and password.
• Complete Account Deletion: For us, data protection also means the right to be forgotten. When you delete your account, we do so in a controlled and thorough manner: All associated data is immediately and irrevocably removed from our systems.
• Legal compliance at the click of a button: We make it easy for you to stay on the right side of the law. For our partnership, we offer fully legally compliant data processing agreements (DPAs) that fully meet the requirements of the GDPR.
• Two-factor authentication: Thanks to SignageNow’s 2FA, you can prevent third parties from logging into your account.

With SignageNow, you’re choosing a digital signage solution that proves that “taking data protection seriously” isn’t just a marketing slogan for us—it’s a practice we live by.
