When can I switch plans?

  • You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. Any remaining time on your current plan will be credited toward your new plan.
  • You can downgrade to a lower-tier plan only at the end of your billing cycle.
  • Switching from monthly to annual billing, and vice versa, can only be done at the end of the billing period.

Your current plan always includes limits that may sometimes restrict what you can do. You can increase these limits by switching plans. Here’s how to do it.

Where can I sign up for or switch plans?

You always start with our free plan so you can try SignageNow risk-free. A credit card is not required. There is no time limit on the free plan. If you need higher limits, you can click on “Plan” in the menu on the left side of your account and switch plans. You can then purchase the plan using a credit card or other payment methods.

Is the plan a subscription?

Yes! Your selected and paid plan automatically renews after each billing period. Depending on the option, this can be a term of one month or one year.

Can I use SignageNow as a private individual?

We offer our SignageNow services exclusively to B2B customers. These include business customers, companies, and organizations. Sole proprietorships and partnerships are also permitted to use SignageNow. Registration as a private individual is not permitted.
